My client is looking for a passionate Sous chef to join them on an exciting culinary journey as our new Sous Chef at their hotel restaurant. As a key member of the senior management team, you'll work alongside the Head Chef to oversee the daily operations of the bustling kitchen, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experience for our guests. 

As Sous Chef you will be a driving force in shaping our culinary vision, Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment and contribute to the growth and success of our esteemed establishment.

Preferred Requirements:

• Prepare and cook food items to the highest quality standards, in accordance with recipes and food safety regulations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
• Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-functioning kitchen environment

• Previous experience working as a cook or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of food production techniques and food safety regulations
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

• This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £32,000
