Why Work With Us?
When we kicked off this gig in May 2018, we made a pact to pay our peeps like royalty. None of that temporary worker nonsense here, folks. Nope, you're a cherished member of the Fire Hospitality family, and you better believe you'll be strutting your stuff as a representative of our awesomeness.
We've always been about breaking the mold, so naturally, we pay our Front of House and Back of House teams more than just the measly minimum wage.
We get it, living ain't cheap, and we want you to be able to afford more than just the basics. And let's not forget our talented Chefs – they deserve some extra dough too, because who wants a burnt Steak? Not us, that's for sure.
So, join us, and together we'll show the world that fair pay is the name of our game. Let's make some magic happen, one paycheck at a time!
