We use an easy to use platform to manage your bookings and our staff in real time, giving you access to your booking, invoices and edit and approve timesheets.
Compliance Process
When working with Fire Hospitality, it is mandatory for all candidates to submit their Right to Work in the UK. This requirement involves providing an accepted, original document that is currently valid.
To ensure authenticity, we utilise our uComply scanning software, which effectively detects any fraudulent documents. This process serves as a crucial security measure, safeguarding both ourselves and our clients.
Background Checks
Once a candidate has completed our registration process and right to work, we will carry out in-depth referencing checks with our referencing software.
Keeping in touch
With our platform we can keep in touch with candidates by pushing regular alerts & updates through the app, texts and emails.
Our platform also gives our staff the ability to clock-in/out at the start and end of shift whilst also posting the geo-location tag confirming that staff are onsite.
