  • Current passport with Home Office Endorsement
  • Immigration Status Document
  • Application Registration Card 
  • Share code & Biometric residence card/permit

  • Copy of current CV if not already submitted
  • Proof of Address
  • Proof of Bank Account
  • Contact details for 2 referees, 1 must be a previous employer
