I have a fantastic opportunity in a popular town centre Hotel, my client is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the team. As a Chef de Partie, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen operations, collaborating with the senior management to ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. As Chef de Partie you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and passion for hospitality, help to elevate the menu with your creative flair and technical prowess - Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Contribute to the growth and development of our hospitality reputation. 

Preferred Requirements:

• Prepare and cook food items to the highest quality standards, continuously expanding your cooking techniques and adhering to food safety regulations
• Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with health and safety protocols
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor cost management, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Engage with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy

• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of food production techniques and food safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Starting salary of £30,000 per annum
