Jamie has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, 10 as a Chef where he had the pleasure working with some of the best Chefs and at the finest establishments in London. Jamie has also worked in recruitment for over 15 years experience of working in hospitality recruitment starting as a chef consultant back in 2009.
