We are delighted to announce the return of Caroline Rodaway to FIRE Group, joining the team as our new Senior Chef Consultant.

Caroline brings with her a wealth of professional kitchen and hospitality experience, along with an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by chefs and catering businesses today. Her return marks an exciting new chapter for FIRE Group as we continue to strengthen our chef recruitment, consultancy and catering services across the UK.

Caroline's career in hospitality has given her extensive hands-on experience within professional kitchens, allowing her to understand the industry from the chef's perspective. That practical experience is something we believe is hugely valuable when working with both our clients and candidates. As Senior Chef Consultant, Caroline will be working closely with chefs, catering professionals and clients to understand their individual requirements and help create the right fit between people and opportunities.

Whether it's helping an experienced chef take the next step in their career, supporting a chef returning to the industry, or helping a client build the right kitchen team, Caroline's knowledge and approach will be a real asset to FIRE Group.

For Caroline, returning to FIRE Group is an opportunity to reconnect with a business and team she already knows, while taking on an important role in the continued development of our chef and catering services. Her return comes at an exciting time for FIRE Group, with the business continuing to expand its recruitment and catering operations across London, Southampton and the wider South of England. With new contracts, projects and recruitment opportunities developing, having someone with Caroline's experience and understanding of professional kitchens will be particularly important.
