Responsibilities include:

Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and guests. Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks. Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.

Retail &
Concourse

Responsibilities include:


Working in Stadia and Events manning retail and concourse outlets, This could be pouring pints to selling burgers and hot dogs, whilst serving customers in a fast paced environment ensuring guests expectations are exceeded.

Kitchen, Cellar &
Logistic Porters

Responsibilities include:


Kitchen tasks: dishwashing, loading, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness.


Cellar porters handle bar stocking, inventory, and keg changes at major events.


Setup and logistics team handles furniture movement, table setup, food outlet stocking, and potentially driving golf buggies.

Housekeeping / Night Porters

Responsibilities include:


Housekeepers clean and tidy up hotel rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, common areas, fitness and business centers, and restaurants.


Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Empty trash bins. Change linens and towels and replace toiletries.


Night Porter takes care of guests overnight, serving a light room service menu and any drinks required alongside cleaning tasks.
