The Top Team of the Year Award, proudly sponsored by Fire Group, recognises outstanding teamwork and excellence across the hospitality industry. This award celebrates teams that consistently work together to deliver high standards of service, support one another, and create exceptional guest experiences.

The standard of nominations this year was exceptionally high, making the judging process a challenging one.

Rodney Burt, Director of Fire Group, personally reviewed all nominations and selected the finalists after visiting each team. In addition, Rodney carried out mystery visits to all shortlisted finalists to gain a true insight into their day-to-day operations, service delivery, and team culture.

Recognised for their professionalism, attention to detail, and extensive local knowledge, the Concierge Team consistently delivers a personalised and seamless guest experience.

Food & Beverage Team at New Place Hotel
This team is praised for its strong collaboration, efficiency, and commitment to quality. Their ability to perform at a consistently high level in a fast-paced environment sets them apart.

The Voco Hotel Southampton – All of Its Team
The entire team at Voco Southampton has been recognised for its positive culture, adaptability, and collective commitment to excellence across all areas of the hotel.

Rodney has commented on how difficult it was to select a winner from such strong finalists and is very much looking forward to announcing the overall winner at the awards ceremony.
