Front of House Manager

As the Front of House Manager, you'll be the driving force behind this vibrant hospitality hub, overseeing the Reception team and collaborating with the Head Housekeeper to ensure seamless operations. As Front of House Manager you will need to have exceptional customer service and ensure positive guest experience, with a welcoming and organised front-of-house area for guests, As Front of House Manager you will need to be confident in dealing with customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or Reception Manager, with a deep understanding of hotel operations and brand standards
- Proficiency in accounts and invoicing, ensuring accurate financial management
- Ability to step in as Duty Manager, demonstrating versatility and a hands-on approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive team dynamic
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest issues efficiently
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a branded hotel environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to juggle various responsibilities
- Passion for creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience for guests
- Starting salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
