Mike began his professional journey as a Kitchen porter, gradually honing his skills as a chef and advancing to the Front of House in various restaurants and bars. Along the way, he also gained expertise in Cocktail and flair Bartending, which proved invaluable during his years at sea working on cruise ships and exploring different corners of the world. In addition, Mike has acquired valuable management experience in the Leisure and Hospitality sectors. In 2015, he transitioned into the role of a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in Front of House recruitment. Later, he shifted his focus to Chef Recruitment, specifically specializing in Sous & Head Chef positions within the Surrey, Hertfordshire, and Berkshire regions.
