Kim has been recruiting within the Catering & Hospitality industry since 2004, specialising in both temporary and permanent placements.

Her career in hospitality began after earning a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management, which included a year-long placement at a private health club. During this time, she gained hands-on experience across multiple departments — Food & Beverage, Conference & Banqueting, Sales & Marketing, Reception, and the Health Club — providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the industry.

After graduating, Kim joined a large pub and restaurant group, where she quickly progressed through management roles. This operational experience, combined with her passion for hospitality, naturally led her into Catering & Hospitality recruitment — a field in which she has since built a long and successful career.

Committed to professional excellence, Kim has also achieved her Level 3 CIPD qualification. She is passionate about delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth, professional, and rewarding recruitment experience for all.
