Key Responsibilities
- Manage events from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Coordinate weddings, conferences, and private celebrations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Produce detailed event schedules and documentation
- Maintain high levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Support ongoing improvements to processes and service delivery
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in events, weddings, or hospitality coordination
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proactive, energetic, and team-focused approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office
