For a Prestigious Luxury Hotel with accolades seeks a talented Sous Chef to join the award winning team. In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our Executive Head Chef, overseeing an award winning restaurant and diverse range of dining outlets, including it's renowned spa, banqueting, weddings, bar, and room service operations.

Preferred Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef, with a proven track record of success in a similar high-end hospitality setting
- Exceptional culinary skills, with a deep understanding of classic cooking techniques and a commitment to using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients and worked at multiple rosette level.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Executive Chef to manage and develop a talented team of chefs
- Familiarity with the operations of a hotel with multiple dining outlets, including experience in fine dining, banqueting, and catering
- A passion for creating innovative, visually stunning dishes that delight our discerning guests
- Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Proven track record of success in a Sous Chef or Head Chef role within a high-end hotel or restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of culinary professionals
- Package of £46,000 on target earnings including tips/service
