Become the Deputy General Manager of a historic and unique hotel, where you'll lead a passionate team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations and drive a guest-focused approach that keeps our 85-90% occupancy rate strong. The Hotel has gone through a change of ownership and is currently on an upward curve trajectory.

As Deputy GM you will have full support of the GM who believes in mentoring and developing you for success - you will need hands-on operational experience gained in a 3 or 4-star property or from a strong guest driven hospitality business.
You will also project manage a successful conference and banqueting operation - Oversee a popular bar and restaurant operation and have heads of department report in to you.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager, with a strong understanding of hotel operations or will have management experience gained as an assistant looking for next step in career. Or alternatively be a GM that is looking to take a step back.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a guest-focused approach
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle day-to-day challenges
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Have a can-do attitude and keen to realise the hotels potential
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Salary of £34,000 - £38,000 On Target Earnings including Service & Incentives
