Preferred Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Chef de Partie, demi CDP or Commis Chef
- Expertise in crafting modern British cuisine with a refined edge
- Passion for sourcing and utilising fresh, high-quality ingredients from local producers and suppliers
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
- Formal culinary training or a recognised chef's qualification
- Proven track record of success in a similar role within a high-quality hospitality establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and customers
