Set in a picturesque location, the site hosts breakfast and lunch service, private functions, business meetings, community events, and special occasions throughout the year.
For the Restaurant and Bar Manager position we are seeking a dynamic leader to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service standards and a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant and Bar Manager you will:
- Oversee all daily restaurant and bar operations
- Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated front-of-house team
- Maintain outstanding service standards and customer satisfaction
- Drive sales through creative event planning and local marketing initiatives
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Uphold a safe, efficient, and welcoming working environment
- Passionate about food, wine, and hospitality
- Experienced in managing a fresh food, service-led environment
- A confident and decisive leader
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-focused
- Skilled at motivating and developing a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and adapting quickly to challenges
