As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and seamless operation of the hotel, catering to the needs of discerning guests. Join us in this permanent role
- Become the Nighttime Maestro - Orchestrate the hotel's operations with precision, managing the front office and overseeing the end-of-day procedures.
- Embrace the Challenges of Leadership - Step up and take charge in the General Manager's absence, leading the team and making critical decisions to uphold our high standards.
- Leverage Your Expertise - Utilize your proficiency in OPERA software to streamline processes and enhance the guest experience.
- Previous experience of Night Manager role and its responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of managing the front office and completing end-of-day tasks.
- Exhibit a strong command of OPERA software, leveraging its capabilities to optimize hotel operations.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, working 4 nights out of 7 to ensure the hotel runs seamlessly.
- Showcase your ability to lead and make informed decisions in the General Manager's absence.
- Possess relevant experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on night management.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with guests and team members.
- Exhibit a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Starting salary £29,000 per annum
