The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Senior Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will support service at all levels, contribute creative ideas, assist with menu development, and help mentor and train junior members of the brigade. This is a hands-on role requiring calm leadership during busy services and a passion for high-quality food.

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working at 2 or 3 AA Rosette level
- A strong passion for food with creative flair and solid culinary knowledge
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef, or be a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- The ability to stay calm, organised, and focused under pressure
- A professional, respectful leadership style within the kitchen
- Ideally experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate
