As Chef de Partie, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and passion for fresh, high-quality cuisine across our multiple dining outlets, including a popular restaurant, bar, and banqueting facilities. In this permanent, full-time role, you'll enjoy a competitive salary and working 45 hours per week, 12 pm till 10 pm, straight Shifts.
As Chef de Partie, you will collaborate with a talented team of chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Mentor and guide junior chefs, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow. Be a key part of maintaining and improving the standard of food preparation and service in the kitchen, 80% of items on the menu are produced in-house, so this is a great opportunity to increase your exposure.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficient in the role of Chef de Partie and in managing your section and ordering
- Skilled in preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality food to our guests
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm, organised approach
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage your section and mentor junior chefs
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Experienced in fast-paced, high-volume operations and cooking from fresh.
Salary starting from £31,000 to £31,500
