Jake May has recently joined FIRE Group as Director of Healthcare Recruitment, taking the lead on the relaunch of our dedicated Healthcare division.

With a strong background in healthcare recruitment and a genuine understanding of the people and organisations that make the sector work, Jake brings a relationship-led approach to recruitment. His focus is on connecting exceptional healthcare professionals with organisations where they can make a real difference, while helping clients build strong, reliable and high-performing teams.

As Director of Healthcare Recruitment, Jake is responsible for developing FIRE Group’s presence across the healthcare sector, building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates, and shaping a recruitment service centred around quality, integrity and long-term relationships.

Jake believes that successful recruitment goes beyond filling a vacancy. It’s about understanding the needs of both sides, finding the right fit and building relationships that last.
