We’re delighted to welcome Caroline back to the team following an exciting period travelling across Asia and Australia.

Caroline brings a wealth of experience from across the hospitality industry, having previously worked with us managing our team of temporary chefs throughout the South. Her understanding of both the operational and culinary sides of hospitality makes her a valuable addition to our consultancy team.

With a career that has included Head Chef positions across Michelin-recognised establishments, AA Rosette venues and a wide range of other hospitality settings, Caroline has developed a broad and practical understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional food, service and kitchen operations.

Her recent travels across Asia and Australia have further broadened her culinary perspective, allowing her to experience different food cultures, hospitality styles and approaches to kitchen management.

Caroline is passionate about supporting hospitality businesses and chefs, drawing on her extensive hands-on experience to provide practical, knowledgeable and industry-focused advice. Whether supporting kitchen teams, helping businesses improve their operations or sharing her culinary expertise, she brings a wealth of experience, enthusiasm and a genuine understanding of the demands of the hospitality industry.
